This was the first time using your services, however I found that the service received was first class. From the initial phone call to the technician arriving on site quicker than expected and the ability of the technician to quickly identify the fault and proved the appropriate fix to get us back up and running was exceptional. Ididfeel the price was a little excessive but after all it is Easter Monday so only to be expected. I won’t estimate to use your service if required I the future.

Great service. After being let down by another company Rightio stepped up and solved the issue. They were even £100 cheaper than the first company. Engineer was great too. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do they'll be the first company I phone.

Excellent communications from start to finish, The person on the first telephone enquiry who answered all my questions and offered advice. Further texts received on the Engineers arrival time. The engineer, Phil was cheerful and also had the correct spares with him, completing the job quickly.

Dan arrived early and conducted a thorough service on our boiler ,he gave a full explanation on the state of our boiler and even noticed that our co2 detector needed new batteries .Great job thank you

After a mixup with booking with another company, I rang back Rightio who I found very accommodating and got a plummer out to me within the hour. The plummer was reassuring, polite replaced my new tap in no time very happy with result.
