Excellent service and easy to contact with out all the usual messing about waiting for a slot in the telephone system. Very pleasant staff who took the trouble to explain the way the company worked. The Service Engineer arrived on time had the correct spares with him and carried out the repair quickly. The people I spoke to from the company were cheerful and gave the right impressions.

Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the engineer were friendly and efficient. Explained everything and fixed problem quickly.

Dan arrived early and conducted a thorough service on our boiler ,he gave a full explanation on the state of our boiler and even noticed that our co2 detector needed new batteries .Great job thank you

After a mixup with booking with another company, I rang back Rightio who I found very accommodating and got a plummer out to me within the hour. The plummer was reassuring, polite replaced my new tap in no time very happy with result.

Jay the plummer was with me within the hour his advice was clear, advised on a new tap. He returned the next day as promised and fitted the tap. A very friendly polite helpful plummer. Thank you for saving the day.

Although not reported as an emergency an engineer arrived within 3 hours of my phone call to replace faulty taps in the shower room hand basin. Excellent job done quickly and cheerfully.
